HIGHLIGHTS
–    Stabil finansiell utveckling med fortsatt starkt fritt operationellt kassaflöde.
–    Förstärkning av marginal balanserar effekt av dämpad efterfrågan.
–    Christer Johansson ny VD sedan augusti.

ANDRA KVARTALET (1 APRIL – 30 JUNI 2025)
–    Nettoomsättningen för kvartalet uppgick till MSEK 218,0 (222,5).  
–    Justerad EBITA för perioden var MSEK 30,9 (31,8) vilket medför en marginal om 14,2% (14,1). 
–    Periodens resultat var MSEK -6,6 (-0,8).  
–    Kassaflöde från den löpande verksamheten var MSEK 20,5 (18,4).
–    Positivt fritt operationellt kassaflöde om MSEK 37,8 (40,8).  

PERIODEN JANUARI – JUNI 2025  
–    Nettoomsättningen för halvåret uppgick till MSEK 394,9 (417,2).  
–    Justerad EBITA för perioden var MSEK 47,7 (47,8) vilket medför en marginal om 12,1% (11,4). Resultat  från förvärv var MSEK 0,1.
–    Periodens resultat var MSEK -13,0 (-20,6).  
–    Kassaflöde från den löpande verksamheten var MSEK 0,0 (63,7), belastad med betald skatt om MSEK  -32,7 (-0,9).  
–    Positivt fritt operationellt kassaflöde om MSEK 54,4 (87,7).  

HÄNDELSER EFTER BALANSDAGEN
–    Christer Johansson tillträdde som VD den 1 augusti.

Interim report January – June 2025

"Despite continued challenging market conditions, our companies have demonstrated both stability and profitability," says Christer Johansson, CEO, and continues, "Our goal is a 15% adjusted EBITA margin for the full year, and we continue our focused efforts to achieve that."

HIGHLIGHTS
–    Stable financial development with continued strong free operating cash flow.
–    Reinforcement of the margin balances the effect of subdued demand.
–    Christer Johansson new CEO since August.
 
SECOND QUARTER (APRIL 1 – JUNE 30, 2025)
–    The net sales for the quarter amounted to 218.0 MSEK (222.5).
–    Adjusted EBITA for the period was 30.9 MSEK (31.8), resulting in a margin of 14.2% (14.1%). 
–    The period's result was -6.6 MSEK (-0.8).
–    Cash flow from operating activities was 20.5 MSEK (18.4).
–    Positive free operational cash flow of 37.8 MSEK (40.8). 

THE PERIOD APRIL 1 – JUNE 30, 2025)
–    The net sales for the first six months amounted to 394.9 MSEK (417.2).
–    Adjusted EBITA was 47.7 MSEK (47.8), resulting in a margin of 12.1% (11.4%). Result from acquisition  was 0.1 MSEK.
–    The period's result was -13.0 MSEK (-20.6).
–    Cash flow from operating activities was 0.0 MSEK (63.7), burdened by paid taxes of -32.7 MSEK (-0.9).
–    Positive fee operational cash flow of 54.4 MSEK (87.7).

SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
–    Christer Johansson took over as CEO on August 1.
