Genexis Group AB (publ) announces change of Board member

Genexis Group AB (publ) (“Genexis”), the European leader of innovative broadband solutions, today announces a change to its Board of Directors.

Effective today, Victoria Scheer is no longer a member of the Board of Directors. She has represented Accent Equity on the Genexis Board since 2022 and resigns due to a change of employer.

The company thanks Ms. Scheer for her contributions and service to the company during her tenure.

A new representative from Accent Equity on the Genexis Board will be announced separately.
