The Board of Directors in Arte Collectum II AB (publ) (the “Fund”) has on 30 June 2025 resolved upon an issue and allotment of debentures equal to a total nominal amount of EUR 1,370,000 with ISIN code SE0022447330 (“Debentures”) in accordance with the base prospectus (Sw. grundprospekt) and final terms (Sw. slutgiltiga villkor) published on the Fund’s website. This is the third issue in the Fund.

The newly issued Debentures are planned to be admitted to trading on the Nordic AIF segment at Nordic Main Regulated (NGM) on Thursday, 3 July 2025.
