ADDvise: Finetuning our estimates following recent M&A activity - Redeye

Redeye adjusts its estimates following ADDvise’s recent announcement of the acquisitions of Axelerist Inc. and Labplan Ltd. Further, the company communicated that it will not proceed with its previously announced Innovative Endoscopy Components LLC. We positively view ADDvise continuing its acquisition-led growth journey. While the scrapped IEC deal might initially raise some eyebrows, we appreciate the company not falling victim to sunk cost fallacy and commitment bias.
