Board Member Resigns from Rightbridge Ventures Group AB

Rightbridge Ventures Group AB (“Rightbridge”) announces that board member Nora Henriksson has informed the company of her decision to resign from the board, citing other professional commitments.

Nora Henriksson has served on the board of Rightbridge since the Annual General Meeting in 2024. Following her resignation, the board remains quorate in accordance with the company’s articles of association.
