Brödernas Group AB (publ) publishes estimates of the group’s financial development

Brödernas Group AB (publ) (“Brödernas”) hereby publishes estimates regarding the group’s projected financial development for 2026. The financial data is being disclosed following the submission of viability forecasts to the Swedish Court of Appeal (Hovrätten) as part of the ongoing reconstruction process. Brödernas estimates that the group’s gross turnover will be approximately MSEK 391,6 with an adjusted EBITDA of approximately MSEK 20,5. These figures are Bröderna’s estimates based on some very uncertain assumptions including a successful outcome of the ongoing company reorganisation. The figures have neither been revised nor reviewed by Brödernas's auditor. Final outcome of gross revenue and EBITDA for 2026 may differ significantly from Bröderas's estimates.
