Change in the Number of Shares and Votes in Condo Nordic Holding AB

Condo Nordic Holding AB ("Condo" or the "Company") announces that the number of shares and votes in the Company has increased following the directed issue of 5,924,958 units announced in April 2025.

Each unit consists of three (3) shares and two (2) warrants of series TO1, totalling 17,828,874 newly issued shares and an equal number of votes.

The first tranche of the issue (“Tranche 1”), comprising 12,020,634 shares, has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket).

As of 11 June 2025, the total number of shares and votes in Condo amounts to 32,427,981, and the share capital following the registration amounts to SEK 7,948,034.57.
