Impala Bondco plc – Approval of written procedure

Nottingham, 12 December 2025 - Impala Bondco Plc (the "Company") today announces the successful completion of the written procedure that was initiated 25 November 2025 (the "Written Procedure") in relation to the Company's senior secured bonds with ISIN NO0011117145 (the "Bonds") regarding certain amendments to the terms and conditions of the Bonds, and as further described in more detail in the notice of the Written Procedure (the "Proposal").

A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure in order to form a quorum, and a requisite majority of the bondholders voted in favour to approve the Proposal.

The amendments will become effective when all conditions precedent set out in paragraph 3 (Effective Date) in the notice of the Written Procedure have been satisfied. The Company will provide a separate confirmation once the conditions precedent set out in paragraph 3 (Effective Date) of the notice of the Written Procedure have been satisfied.
