Íslandsbanki hf.: Íslandsbanki issues SEK 700 million & NOK 200 million Additional Tier 1 notes
Íslandsbanki hf. has today launched a dual tranche issue of Additional Tier 1 notes as part of its plan to optimise its capital structure. The issues of SEK 700 million & NOK 200 million perpetual notes with 5 ¼ -year calls were placed with investors across the Nordic region and continental Europe and was oversubscribed.
The SEK transaction pays a coupon of 3-month STIBOR +350 basis points and the NOK issue pays a coupon of 3-month NIBOR +358 basis points for the life of the notes and both feature a temporary write-down structure and a 5.125% CET 1 trigger.
The issue will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm within 30 days.
