MacGregor Group AB publishes bond prospectus and applies for admission to trading of its bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm

MACGREGOR PRESS RELEASE, 5 DECEMBER 2025, 3.15 PM CET

MacGregor Group AB (”MacGregor” or the “Company”) issued on 11 December 2024 senior secured floating rate bonds of EUR 175,000,000 with a maturity of 5 years with ISIN SE0023467089 (the “Bonds”) under a total framework amount of EUR 350,000,000.

Under the terms and conditions of the Bonds, MacGregor has undertaken to apply for admission to trading of the Bonds at Nasdaq Stockholm’s list for corporate bonds. For the purpose of the admission to trading, the Company has prepared a listing prospectus which has today been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The prospectus will be available on the Company’s website, www.macgregor.com/investors, and the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s website www.fi.se. The application for admission to trading will be submitted and the first day of trading in the Bonds is expected on or about 9 December 2025.
