Rightbridge Ventures Group AB transitions to semi-annual financial reporting

The Board of Directors of Rightbridge Ventures Group AB ("Company") has resolved to change the Company’s financial reporting schedule from quarterly to semi-annual reporting. The decision is part of a broader effort to reduce administrative overhead and streamline internal reporting procedures.

The first semi-annual report under the new structure will cover the period from 1 January to 30 June 2025 and is expected to be published on 29 August 2025. The previously communicated publication date for the Q1 report covering January–March 2025 was 30 May 2025.
