Update on Finnish Operations

The Board and management of Condo Nordic Holding AB (the “Company”) wish to provide a
brief update following the previous announcement regarding the sudden passing of our CEO,
Ville Valorinta.

In light of this event, the Company has begun a structured review of its Finnish operations.
Although the review is still in its early stages, our initial observations indicate that the business
has not received full attention in recent months. Consequently, there are several open
questions, both operational and financial, that we are now actively working to resolve.
This process is being conducted with care and diligence, aiming to establish a stable foundation
for the Company’s ongoing development. The Company will share further information as soon
as more clarity is gained and a fuller picture can be provided.
