Audientes A/S: Bankruptcy petition filed against the Company

Audientes A/S (“Audientes” or the “Company”), CVR 36047631, hereby announces that a bankruptcy petition has been filed against the Company by a creditor, and the Company has been summoned to a court hearing today. 

Based on the Company’s current financial situation and liquidity position, the Board of Directors expects that a bankruptcy order will be issued by the Danish court.
 
Further information will be provided as soon as the court has made its decision and a trustee has been appointed.
