Audientes A/S (“Audientes” or the “Company”), CVR 36047631, announces that independent board member Mr. Wendi Ma has resigned from the Board of Directors for personal reasons with immediate effect.
The Company will initiate the process to appoint new independent board members in accordance with Spotlight Stock Market’s requirements. A proposal for election of new board members will be presented at an extraordinary general meeting to be convened.
