Increased number of shares and votes in Synsam AB (publ)
The total number of shares and votes in Synsam AB (publ) (the "Company" or "Synsam") has during November 2021 increased as a result of the two set-off issuances and the issue in kind of new shares that were completed as part of the restructuring and dismantling of the previous ownership structure that was carried out in connection with the admission to trading of the Company's shares on Nasdaq Stockholm. The two set-off issuances resulted in an increase of the number of shares and votes in Synsam with a total of 69,828,190, and the issue in kind resulted in an increase in the number of shares and votes with 8,560,090. In consequence thereof, the number of shares and votes in Synsam amounts to 150,000,000 as per 30 November 2021.
