The cancellation of Raisio plc’s treasury shares entered in the Trade Register

Based on the resolution on forfeiture made by Raisio plc’s Annual General Meeting on 12 April, 2022, the 587,728 of series K shares and 178,270 series V shares on the Joint Account were transferred to the company. On 19 January, 2023 Raisio plc announced the decision of its Board of Directors to cancel the said shares.

The cancellation of the treasury shares has today been registered with the Trade Register maintained by the Finnish Patent and Registration Office.

Following the registration, the total number of Raisio plc’s shares is 159,170,336, of which 30,113,342 are Series K shares and 129,056,994 are Series V shares. Raisio plc still holds 1,223,722 of series V shares and 0 series K shares in its possession.
