Atvexa: Acceptance period ends 9 August - DNB

Atvexa’s Q3 report showed growth, margin expansion and strong FCF generation. With the acceptance period for DeMina Skolintressenter AB’s cash offer set to end on 9 August, this may have been its last report as a listed company. In our view, the offer is likely to go through, at a valuation we consider attractive.
