Azelio: Files for Bankruptcy - Redeye

Yesterday evening, Azelio announced the board’s decision to file for bankruptcy as it has been unable to secure sufficient financing to bridge the company until the completion of a strategic partnership. We are surprised by the announcement and the swift decision to surrender, as the company during late June was said to have several processes up and running to secure financing.
