Cheffelo: Inside the Dinner Factory - Redeye

Redeye visited Cheffelo’s Mölnlycke facility, where Linas Matkasse’s meal kits are produced. The visit included a guided walkthrough of the full production flow, from order to customer delivery. While we arrived with relatively high expectations, the tour exceeded them, particularly in terms of automation, efficiency, and how little capex (virtually none) is required to scale volumes by up to 100%.
