CI Games: Comment on capital raise - Redeye

Redeye provides a comment following the recent EGM’s decision to approve a capital raise of up to around PLN95m. Whilst the company has not disclosed its intention for the capital raised, we anticipate that the proceeds will be used to regain the PC Exclusivity rights for LOTF 2 from EPIC Games, whilst also supporting the company’s other games in development.
