Fable Media Group: Dividend Cap Removed - Redeye

Fable Media has announced that the refinancing of its outstanding bond will also remove the previous cap limiting dividends to 50% of net profit. The new bond terms give the company full flexibility to distribute a higher share of earnings, provided covenant thresholds are met.
