Faron Pharmaceuticals: Matured BEXMAB data from EHA and BEXERA update - Redeye

Redeye comments on Faron's updated BEXMAB data presented at EHA 2026, which demonstrated continued maturation of the clinical and translational evidence supporting bexmarilimab in frontline high-risk MDS. We view the maintained 85% overall response rate and 45% complete remission rate, combined with a further improvement in median CR duration to 16.1 months and enhanced bone marrow blast clearance, as encouraging signs of durable clinical benefit. This further strengthen the mechanistic rationale for bexmarilimab and provide additional support for the upcoming Phase IIb BEXERA trial.
