Mestro Q4 2023: Report fairly in line, cash offer of SEK18 per share from EG - Redeye

Redeye comments on Mestro's Q4 2023 report, as well as the bid of SEK18 per share from EG. We argue that the cash offer is fair, as it is higher (20%) than our base case of SEK15 per share. The independent bidding recommends the offer, too.
