Neonode: IPR Result Negative, Based on Incomplete Evidence - Redeye

Redeye states that the initial decision of IPR was negative for Neonode. However, since the most important evidence was not included, the decision will be appealed and Redeye still thinks Neonode has good chances. Redeye lowers its valuation.
