OncoZenge: SEK33.3m Rights issue announced - Redeye

Redeye comments on OncoZenge’s SEK33.3m rights issue, which is intended to strengthen the balance sheet and provide funding for the continued execution of the pivotal Phase III BEAM-Pain trial and subsequent MAA preparations. While the issue is meaningfully dilutive for non-participating shareholders, we view the it as appropriate given the company’s transition into full clinical execution and towards potential European commercialization.
