Optomed: Directed share issue - Redeye

Redeye comments on Optomed’s directed share issue, raising EUR4.3m. We are surprised by the announcement as we find the current cash position sufficient to cover future business activities. We adjust our model accordingly to the announcement; however, the changes do not render any changes in our fair value range, including a base case of EUR8.
