W5 Solutions: Expands product offer with acquisition of Box Modul - Redeye

Redeye comments on W5’s announced acquisition of Box Modul which will add customized shelters to its product portfolio. Based on the reported numbers for 2022 and R12m for H1 2023, the acquisition would add around 20-40% on our 2024E EBITA.
