The OPEC+ subgroup V8 this weekend decided to fully unwind their voluntary cut of 2.

2 mb/d. The September quota hike was set at 547 kb/d thereby unwinding the full 2.

2 mb/d.

This still leaves another layer of voluntary cuts of 1.

6 mb/d which is likely to be unwind at some point.

Higher quotas however do.
