The annual general meeting of Capsol Technologies ASA will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 15:00 CEST.
The meeting will be conducted as a virtual meeting only. For information regarding electronic participation, please refer to the guide available at https://www.capsoltechnologies.com/.
Shareholders who want to attend the ordinary general meeting must register attendance by
May 19, 2025, at 15:00, by one of the following alternatives:
- Electronically through a link on the company website https://www.capsoltechnologies.com/ or by accessing VPS Investor Services.
- By returning the registration form for attendance attached to this meeting notice as Appendix 5, either as a scanned copy by e-mail to [email protected] or by regular mail to Verdipapirsentralen ASA, Attn: Utsteder, P.O. Box 1174 Sentrum, 0107 Oslo, Norway.
Shareholders who do not meet the deadline will not be able to participate in the general meeting.
Deadline for registration of proxies and instructions is May 19, 2024, at 15:00 CET.
