Change in the total number of shares and votes in Sivers Semiconductors AB

The total number of shares in Sivers Semiconductors AB (the “Company”) as of 30 April 2025 amounts to 285,657,897 shares, comprising 270,859,076 ordinary shares and 14,798,821 shares of series C. The total number of votes in the Company as of 30 April 2025 amounts to 272,338,958.1.

The change in the number of shares and votes in the Company is due to the directed new issues of 16,298,821 shares of series C and the re-purchase and conversion of 1,500,000 shares of series C to ordinary shares that was resolved by the Board of Directors on 16 April 2025.
