Change of Auditor in Nidhogg Resources Holding

Nidhogg Resources Holding AB (publ) (“Nidhogg” or the “Company”) announces that the Company’s auditor, PwC, has informed the Board of Directors of its decision to resign as auditor at its own request.

The resignation is not based on any disagreement or issue related to the Company’s accounting principles, internal controls, or financial reporting.

The Company has initiated the process to appoint a new auditor and will convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) to elect a replacement auditor in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act.

Further information will be communicated once a new auditor has been appointed.
