Change of Certified Adviser to Donkey Republic

Donkey Republic hereby announces that the Company has entered into an agreement with HC Andersen Capital to take up the role of Certified Adviser. HC Andersen Capital will take up the role as Certified Adviser today, 10 March, 2025.
