Decreased number of shares and votes in Nordnet

The number of shares and votes in Nordnet AB (publ) ("Nordnet") decreased in November 2025 as a result of the Board of Directors, in accordance with the provisions of the articles of association, resolving to redeem 1,501,077 outstanding class C shares, each carrying one-tenth of a vote, held in treasury by Nordnet.

Today, on 28 November 2025, there are a total of 250,839,706 shares in the company, divided into 250,206,518 ordinary shares and 633,188 class C shares, and the number of votes as of the same date amounts to 250,269,836.8. Nordnet’s ordinary shares, but not the class C shares, are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
