Dividend of SEK 0.10 per Share Approved at Fable Media Group AB Extraordinary General Meeting

At the Extraordinary General Meeting held today on 19 September 2025 in Fable Media Group AB, the meeting resolved, in accordance with the proposal presented by the Board of Directors in the notice convening the meeting, on a dividend of SEK 0.10 per share, totalling SEK 3,397,063. The record date for receiving the dividend is 23 September 2025. The dividend is expected to be distributed by Euroclear Sweden AB on 26 September 2025.
