Genetic Analysis directed issue to major shareholders has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises

Genetic Analysis AS' (“GA” or the “Company”) directed issue to current major shareholders and certain members of the board of directors and management has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (No. Foretaksregisteret).  

On July 1 and July 17, 2024, GA carried out the directed issue that provided the Company with NOK 5.42 million by issuance of 7,225,916 new shares, before issue costs. The direct Issue has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

After this, the Company's new registered share capital is NOK 29,629,962.60 divided into 49,383,271 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.60.
