GreenMerc CTO and Co-founder Increases Their Shareholding

Stockholm, August 19, 2025 | GreenMerc AB (publ) announces that the company's CTO and co-founder, Steffan Sondermark, has acquired a total of 54,900 shares in GreenMerc for a total value of approximately SEK 401,108.

The shares have been purchased over the exchange on August 18 and 19 2025 at an average price of SEK 7.31 per share.
