Loyal Solutions A/S announces that its CEO, Peter Kisbye through LH Rams Holding ApS, has sold 343.900 shares in the company on June 10th 2025 to KR 362 ApS, a company owned by the chairman of the board, Frank Hansen

After the transaction CEO Peter Kisbye retains ownership of 1.277.539 shares.
After the transaction Chairman of the Board, Frank Hansen owns 2.582.746 shares in the company.

The transaction has been carried out in compliance with applicable regulations and has been reported to Finanstilsynet in Denmark.
