Major shareholder Anders Danielsson increases his holdings in Astor Group
Scandinavian Astor Group’s (”Astor Group” or the ”Company”) has been informed that the major shareholders Anders Danielsson and Wictor Billström have entered into agreements regarding transactions in the Company’s shares. Under the agreement, Anders Danielsson, the Company’s largest shareholder, will acquire a total of 853,658 shares from Wictor Billström in two transactions. The second transaction is subject to approval by the Swedish authority the Inspectorate of Strategic Products (“ISP”) as Anders Danielsson’s shareholding following the transaction will exceed 10% of the shares and votes in the Company.
Based on ownership information provided to the Company, Anders Danielsson’s holding, both personally and through his company, will increase to approximately 9.99 per cent of the shares and votes in the Company following the first transaction of 132,332 shares.
The second transaction comprises 721,326 shares and is subject to approval following an ownership review by the ISP. Provided that the owner approval process is successful, Anders Danielsson’s holding will amount to approximately 11.16 per cent of the shares and votes in Astor Group.
“I see a strong future for Astor and have therefore chosen to increase my ownership further. This is an expression of my long-term confidence in the Company and its continued development,” says Anders Danielsson, the Company’s largest shareholder.
“It is with mixed feelings that I am selling part of my holding because of an upcoming house purchase. I remain heavily invested with just under 1 million shares and look forward to continuing to take Astor to new heights when I return to the board,” says Wictor Billström, one of the Company’s major shareholders and a proposed board member for Astor Group.
