New lease contract in Anton Jenssens gate 3 in Tønsberg

PPI has signed a new lease agreement with The Norwegian Correctional Service (Kriminalomsorgen) for 2,250 sqm in Anton Jenssens gate 3 in Tønsberg. The lease contract has a duration of 15 years, starting from Q2 2026. The property which today is empty will then be fully let to The Norwegian Correctional Service .
