Public Property Invest

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Public Property Invest ASA ("PPI") on 11 March 2025, informing of the resolution by PPI's board of directors to issue 86,299 new shares in PPI (the "Consideration Shares") to settle the purchase price for 100 shares in Terningen Invest AS.

The share capital increase pertaining to the Consideration Shares has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, and PPI's share capital following such registration is NOK 10,759,506.20 divided into 215,190,124 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.05.
