NORDEN initiates share buy-back programme - Correction

ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 31 – 4 FEBRUARY 2026

In the English version of announcement no. 30, a typo appears in the first line where it is stated that the ”Board of Directors has decided to carry out a share buy-back of up to a total of USD 15 million (approximately DKK 158 million)”.

This should have stated that the “Board of Directors has decided to carry out a share buy-back of up to a total of USD 25 million (approximately DKK 158 million).” (our emphasis).
