Movinn A/S has received notication of the below transaction related to shares in Movinn A/S made by Member of the Board of Directors, Christian F. Jakobsen, who has bought shares in Movinn A/S.

At 16 September 2025, Christian F. Jakobsen, has bought 30.500 shares at an average price of 1.35 DKK.

Due to the size of the transaction, it is not subjext to article 19 of regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 (the market abuse regulation) and reporting to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet).
