Founder & CFO, Jesper Thaning (Jamac ApS), has bought shares in Movinn.

Movinn A/S has received notication of the below transaction related to shares in Movinn A/S made by Founder & CFO, Jesper Thaning (Jamac ApS), who has bought shares in Movinn A/S.

At 15 September 2025, Jesper Thaning has bought 50,000 shares at an average price of 1.31 DKK.

Due to the size of the transaction, it is not subjext to article 19 of regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 (the market abuse regulation) and reporting to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet).
