Notification regarding major shareholder transaction (PDMR)

NAXS AB (publ)] (“the Company”) has been informed that its largest shareholder, QVT Financial LP (“QVT”), has sold its entire holding in the Company. The transaction has been reported to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) and is publicly available in the authority’s flagging register.

The Company has not received any direct communication from the buyer and has no further information at this stage.

Attached to this release is a notification form pursuant to Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) relating to the transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR).
