Pareto Securities AB uppdaterar och höjer sin riktkurs för Alpcot Holding AB (publ) i samband med att förvärvet av Gadd är genomfört

Pareto Securities AB (”Pareto”) har idag släppt en preview och uppdaterad riktkurs av Alpcot Holding AB (publ) (”Alpcot”) i samband med att Alpcots förvärv av kapitalförvaltaren Gadd nu är genomfört. Pareto har justerat upp intervallet på riktkursen till 1,60-2,00 SEK per aktie.

Finalised acquisition supports outlook
Alpcot closed the acquisition of Gadd (9 Jan) on previously communicated terms. FY25 performance fee earn-out mechanics imply a net SEK 14-17m uplift (above mgmt expectations), while FY26 Gadd is guided at ~SEK 30m revenues and ~SEK 10m EBIT, excluding performance fees. We trim Q4E topline by SEK 11.6m as the transaction closed in Q1’26 (vs. our earlier Q4’25 assumption), and lift FY26/27E revenues by 5/6% on stronger Gadd contribution and solid monthly KPIs, with EBITDA est. up 8/13%. We raise our valuation range to SEK 1.60-2.00 (1.40-2.00) per share, equal to 12.4x/15.5x P/E on FY26E.
