Prevas Wellcomes OIM Sweden AB

Prevas has signed an agreement to acquire 80% of the shares in OIM Sweden AB. OIM Sweden is a leading player in product development, based in Malmö with approximately 40 employees. Their focus on quality and precision has made them a highly valued product development partner. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval, which may take one to two months. The transaction is expected to be completed at the beginning of the third quarter of 2025.

With a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the people behind every idea, OIM Sweden helps companies take their innovations all the way to finished products. Their track record includes several successful deliveries of complex product development solutions in industries such as Medtech, Cleantech, and consumer products.

In 2021, 2022, and 2023, OIM Sweden was recognized as a Gazelle company – an award given to fast-growing and profitable businesses in Sweden – and was named a Master Gazelle.
