Xer Tech Holding AB (publ) (“Xer Tech” or the “Company”) announces that the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) has now registered the change of the Company’s name from Renewable Ventures Nordic AB (publ) to Xer Tech Holding AB (publ). Trading in the Company’s shares on Spotlight Stock Market will take place under the new name as of February 11, 2026.
