Repurchase of Hufvudstaden´s shares completed

Hufvudstaden AB (publ) has, through the buyback program that was resolved and communicated on August 21, 2025, bought back 8,000,000 shares of Class A. The shares have been bought back during the period of August 26 – November 11, 2025, at an average price of SEK 127.22 per share for a total amount of SEK 1,018 million.

The total number of own shares held amounts to 16,965,000 Class A, corresponding to 8.0 per cent of all issued shares and 1.7 per cent of the total number of votes.
