Second Dividend Successfully Distributed by Fable Media Group

Fable Media Group AB (the “Company”) announces that the dividend of SEK 0.15 per share, resolved at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 15 December 2025, has now been successfully distributed to shareholders through Euroclear Sweden AB.

The total distribution amounted to approximately SEK 5.1 million. The completion of the Company’s second dividend is in line with the previously communicated strategy and, together with the dividend paid in September this year, the combined distributions correspond to SEK 0.25 per share, or approximately 36 per cent of the Group’s net profit for the first nine months of 2025.

The Company intends to continue to distribute dividends on a quarterly basis.
