Set-off issue of earn-out in connection with the acquisition of Northcrypto Oy is now registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office

GreenMerc AB (publ) ("GreenMerc") decided on 15 May 2025 to increase the number of shares and share capital at the Swedish Companies Registration Office, which has been added as a result of the acquisition of Northcrypto Oy.

The earn-out consideration for the acquisition of Northcrypto Oy was financed through a set-off issue of 1,176,372 shares. The total number of shares in GreenMerc now amounts to 20,314,873 shares.
